This laptop browser is a local-only MVP. Confirm OCR files, complete an airplane-mode restart test, and export a secure backup before handling real employee records. Current storage is not encrypted or recoverable by the app.
Offline exports
CSV files include identifiable staff records. They are not encrypted. JSON snapshot is NOT a restore-ready backup and contains no photographs.
Data protection
Browser records remain on this laptop and browser profile. Do not use incognito mode or clear site data. There is no automatic phone/laptop synchronization.
Before use with real guards, add a locked operator login, encryption or managed-device storage, retention controls and a verified restore process.
